Smeer jou bak lekker dik met botter
Maak bolletjies en pak in jou bak
Neem 1/2 pakkie potato bake en 3/4 koppie melk
Meng en gooi bo-oor
Bak vir 40 na 45 min by 180C
As uit die oond kom, gooi gerasperde kaas en parika oor

In albei gevalle kan jy dit net so ‘n half uur los om te rys voor jy dit bak

Smeer jou bak goed met botter
Sit die deeg net so heel in die bak
Druk die deeg lekker plat in die bak met jou vingers
Neem 2 velletjies spek (rou), snipper dit met jou vingerpunt oral in die deeg in
4 na 5 olywe, ook in stukkies gebreek, druk oral in
Halwe wieletjie fetakaas, gefrimmel, gooi bo-oor en druk vas met jou handpalm
Gooi oor, Ina Paarman se Olive and Rosmary speserye
Bak ongeveer 35 na 40 min by 180C

Ek het gisteraand die oulike idee gekry om jou MEAT LOAF so bietjie op te kikker.

As jy die mengsel in jou broodpannetjie gesit het, sit rou stukkies spek oor, maak sous van houertjie tomato paste, bietjie soya sous of balsamic vinegar sal ook werk, en bietjie bruinsuiker. Smeer lekker dik oor spek en bak gewoonweg soos resep se:

Ingredients

500g lean beef mince

40g/75ml cake flour

50ml milk

5ml salt

2,5ml barbeque spice

2,5ml paprika

5ml mixed dried herbs

5ml baking powder

1 egg

10ml tomato sauce

10ml of mild or hot chutney

125ml finely chopped onion

10ml finely chopped parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 180C and place oven rack in middle position of the

oven. Grease one Hulett Foil Loaf Pan thoroughly with butter, or spray

with non-stick cooking spray.

Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir well until

evenly combined.

Put the mixture into the greased loaf tin and bake at 180C for 40

minutes until browned.

Ingredients
500gr ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup ranch dressing
1 onion, diced
500gr mozzarella, cubed
muffin tin
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Mix all ingredients except mozzarella in a large bowl.
Once mixed, create a ball of meat mixture and press a cube of mozzarella into it.
Cover with equal amount of meat mixture.
Repeat until all meat is used up. (you want the balls to fit into a muffin pan)
Place mini meatloaves into greased muffin pans.
Bake at 180 C degrees for 25-35 minutes or until baked through.

Homemade Ranch Dressing
Adapted from the Pioneer Woman
o 1 clove garlic, minced
o Pinch of kosher salt
o 1/4 C Italian parsley, finely chopped
o 2 T chives, finely chopped
o 1 C mayonnaise
o 1/2 C sour cream
o Milk or buttermilk as needed (I used around 4 T regular milk)
Sprinkle a pinch of kosher salt on top of minced garlic. With a fork, mash garlic and salt until it becomes a paste. Place paste in a bowl with the chopped parsley and chives. Add mayonnaise and sour cream to bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Slowly mix in milk until you reach desired consistency. Add additional salt to taste. Store in fridge for up to 1 week.

Directions
1. Combine meat loaf ingredients and place into a loaf baking dish.
2. Smooth out top.
3. Sauce: Combine sauce ingredients and pour on top and sides of meatloaf.
4. Bake at 180 C about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until done.

KAAS EN SOUTKOEKIE MAALVLEISBROODJIE
500 gr beesmaalvleis
10 saltine Crackers (fyn gemaak – 1/2 koppie) (Tuc, salticrack of enige soutkoekie is reg)
2 eetlepels Dijon-mosterd
¼ koppie Ketchup (tamatiesous)
¾ koppie gerasperde cheddarkaas

Verhit oond tot 180 C

Meng vleis, cracker krummels en mosterd tot goed gemeng; Pers in 8×4-duim-broodpan. (klein broodpannetjie)

Bak 40 min.

Smeer met tamatiesous. Strooi kaas oor en bak vir ‘n verdere 5 minute.

Genoeg vir 4

Bestanddele

2 snye bruinbrood
250ml karringmelk
500g ekstra-maer beesmaalvleis
125 ml ligte chakalaka
2 eiers
1 tamatie, gesny
100ml ekstra karringmelk

Metode

Verhit die oond tot 180 ° C. Smeer ‘n 30 cm x 17 cm oondbak. Week die brood in 160 ml van die karringmelk.
Meng die maalvleis, chakalaka, eiers en sag brood (met die karringmelk) saam. Geur na smaak. Skep in die voorbereide bak en maak glad die oppervlak.
Drup oor die res van die karringmelk en bedek die top met gesnyde tamatie. Bak vir 25-30 minute tot gaar. Bedien met ‘n lekker mengelslaai.

Ek neem varknet in sit dit in ‘n oondbak (gooi olyfolie onder in oondbak en sprinkel sout en gemaalde swartpeper en sous van pynappelstukke). Voorverhit @ 180 grade C.
1 Blikkie pynappelstukkies
1 Gekapte ui
1 Pakkie mutton & veg sop
300ml koue melk
200ml koue water
5ml Mixed herbs
Sousie:
Half koppie tamatiesous
Half koppie bladjang
Half koppie asyn
Half koppie heuning/goue stroop
30ml worcestersous
5ml fyn gemmer
2 Eetlepels suurlemoensap
Bietjie kookwater
Meng al die sous bestanddele saam. Baste die varknek met die sous en ook gedurende die bakproses so elke 10-15min.
Sit varknet in oond en elke keer wat jy vark baste met sous, draai vark. Bak vir so 40min tot ‘n uur. Haal reksakkie af en sny die varknek in dun stukkies.
Meng sop, gekapte ui, pynappelstukke, koue melk en koue water en speserye saam asook die oorblyfsels van die basting sousie. Bring tot kookpunt in pot. Gooi warm sous oor die varknek stukke. Heerlik op basmati rys.

Marinade:
30 ml chutney
15ml tamatiesous
1ml matige kerrie
15ml olie
10ml bruinsuiker
3ml paprika
3ml fyn gemmer
3ml swartpeper
15ml lae olie slaaisous
100ml suurlemoensap

Meng b.g
Giet bo-oor varkskywe en marineer vir tenminste 2 ure
Braai vark en drup gereeld van die marinade oor die vark.
Geur vleis met bietjie sout terwyl jy braai.

240 g piekeluitjies gehalveer
3 knoffeltoontjies geskil
750 ml water
360 ml witasyn
2 peperkorrels
125 ml suiker
1 teelepel sout
METODE:
Halveer soetrissies en ontpit. Sny in repe en plaas in bak. Voeg uie en knoffel by. Verhit water en asyn saam en voeg suiker en sout by. Roer tot suiker opgelos is en laat 2 minute satadig kook. Voeg groentes by en kook op. Skep warm in gesteriliseerde bottels en verseël.”Van ons Kosmaters”

Groen-Rooi-Geel Pepper Atjar

3 groot uie skywe gesny
2 elk groen, geel en rooi peppers skywe gesny
1 – 2 rooi brandrissies met pitte en al geweek in 15ml soyasous
3 x 115g blikkies tamatiepasta
250ml water
250ml asyn
250ml olie
250ml suiker
4 – 5 lourierblare
5ml droë origanum
3 – 4 knoffelhuisies gekap
sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper na smaak
METODE:
1. Meng al die bestanddele en plaas in ‘n kastrol.
2. Roer oor matige temp tot suiker opgelos is. Bring dan tot kookpunt
3. Prut verder sonder deksel vir 45- 50 min of tot groente lekker sag is.
4. Skep in flesse en laat in yskas vir ten minste 2 weke voor gebruik.

Green Pepper Chutney

5 Green peppers
4 jalapenos
2 teaspoons tamarind paste (available at all Indian stores)
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp turmeric
Grind all these ingredients with a little water.In a saucepan, season alittle mustard in 2 tablespoons of oil.
After it sputters, add the ground items and cook till it seperates from the sides.
Tastes great with sandwiches.also can substitute carrots for green peppers!

Sweet Pepper Chutney

450g red, green & orange sweet peppers
900g bramley apples
675g onions
900g tomatoes
2tsp paprika
1tsp cayenne pepper
2tsp ground black pepper
1 litre pickling vinegar
250g Fruisana fruit sugar
1. Wash the peppers and cut in half. Then remove the stalk and any seeds and then chop the peppers finely. Peel, core and dice the apples, then finely dice the onions. Wash and dice the tomatoes and place in a large preserving pan.
2. Stir in the paprika, cayenne pepper, ground black pepper and then stir in the vinegar and bring to the boil. Allow to simmer for about 45 minutes.
3. Stir in the Fruisana, stir until dissolved and continue to simmer until desired consistency is reached.
4. Pour into warmed jars, cover and label. Store in a cool dark place for at least 3 months before using.
