Crunshies

250g botter

50ml gouestroop

10ml koeksoda

250ml koekmeelblom

250ml witsuiker

500ml hawermout

250ml klapper

knypie sout

Smelt die botter en gouestroop. Voeg die koeksoda by en meng. Meng die droë bestanddele en roer dit in by botttermengsel. Druk dit met ‘n spaan in rolkoekpan van ongeveer 40x27cm. Bak dit ongeveer 20 minute tot goudbruin by 160C. Laat dit effens afkoel. Sny in vierkante van 5×5 cm.  Lewer ongeveer 40 koekies.
