Easy Butter Chicken recipe
Delicious and simple recipe for Butter Chicken, served with roti
Ingredients
1 kg Fillet Chicken
2 Onions
125 ml butter
salt to taste
Jeera (English Word Fennel)
Koeljana (Cumin)
Chilli powder
Sugar
Tomato paste
Turmeric
Garlic
Crushed chilli
125 ml fresh cream (I used the 225ml)
1/2 bunch dhania (Corriander) to garnish
Directions
Fry onions in butter until translucent (seethrough), put cut chicken into pan along with spices and braise until tender
Add fresh cream and simmer – garnish with dhania..,Serve with roti
Time to make this dish is less than 45 minutes… Enjoy
