TUNA LASAGNE
2 cans of SOLID tuna in oil/water
1 can of condensed cream of Mushroom soup
½ cup milk
¼ cup spring onions (chopped)
¼ cup of fresh or 2 tablespoons of dried parsley
1 tbsp. dried oregano (optional)
1 onion, minced
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 cups of grated or shredded mozzarella or easy melt cheddar cheese
1 cup of cottage cheese
12 pieces of lasagna noodles

Cook the lasagna noodles first according to package instructions.

Preheat the oven to 180 C

In a mixing bowl, mix first 8 ingredients together and add 1 cup of the grated mozzarella or easy melt cheddar cheese.

In a greased baking dish or pan, arrange 3 lasagna noodles to line the bottom. Pour a third of the tuna mixture over it and then spread a moderate layer of cottage cheese on top. Repeat the steps twice. To finish, add the last three lasagna noodles and top it with the remaining 1 cup of grated mozzarella or easy melt cheddar. Add some chopped fresh parsley on top.
Let it rest for about 30 to 40 minutes

Bake it in the oven for 25-30 minutes, usually when the cheese has completely melted and slightly browned.

Heerlike maalvleis lasagna met spinasie witsous
Bestanddele:
Witsous:
50 g botter
50 g meel
500 ml melk
Vulsel:
500 g maalvleis
Parmesaan of gerasperde chedder kaas of mozarella
1 koppie geblikte tamatie puree
2 wortels in blokkies gesny
1 seldery in blokkies gesny
1 ui gekap
1 koppie hoender aftreksel
1 koppie droë wit wyn
450gr spinasie gekap en sag gekook
olyfolie
sout
peper
Tamatiesous
Metode:
Witsous lasagne:
Smelt botter en meng dit met meel en melk tot gladde witsous. Voeg spinasie by en roer deur
Vulsel vir lasagne:
In ‘n pan, braai ui, wortel en seldery in olyfolie
Voeg maalvleis, wyn, hoender aftreksel, tamatie puree, sout en peper by.
Laat kook vir sowat 10-15 minute tot dikkerige mengsel raak
In ‘n bak, begin met die lasagna velle , dan is die vleismengsel, dan die wit sous en dan ‘n bietjie tamatiesous. Gooi ‘n
klein bietjie kaas oor.
Herhaal lae en eindig af met die witsous, tamatiesous en kaas. Laat staan vir tenminste 1 uur sodat velle vog kan trek

Bak by 200 grade C vir sowat 30/40 minute of tot gaar en goudbruin

Groentelasagne
BESTANDDELE
• 3 eetl olyfolie
• 1 groot ui gekap
• 250 g wortels in klein blokkies
• 250 g sampioene, in skywe
• 1 pak spinasie( 450g) (Vars of gevries)
• 1 blikkie pitmielies (gedreineer)
• 200 g kaas, gerasper
• 50 g botter
• 50 g meel
• 500 ml melk
• 1 pak lasagnevelle
• OPSIONEEL: 1 pak spek gesnipper (Braai saam met die ui en wortel)

Metode:
Braai in ‘n pan ui en wortels vir paar minute in olyfolie. Voeg die sampioene by en braai tot bruin. Voeg die spinasie by en roerbraai tot sag. Roer die pitmielies by. Voeg by 75 g kaas, sout en peper na smaak.
Verhit die oond op 200 ° C.
Smelt die botter in ‘n pan met ‘n dik bodem. Roer die meel in tot dik pasta. Voeg bietjies gewys die melk by en roer op lae hitte tot ‘n dik witsous. Bly roer tot ‘n gladde sous . Smelt daar al roerend in 75 g kaas en geur met sout en peper. Pak nou die groentemengsel, lasagnevelle en witsous in lae. Herhaal twee keer. Eindig af met witsous. Strooi die res van die kaas bo-oor en nog ekstra kaas indien verkies. Sny skyfies tamatie bo-op . Bak die lasagne in die middel van die oond in 35-40 minute tot goudbruin en gaar.
