‘n Porsie vir 1 persoon – 4 HOOGVOL EETLEPELS OATS

Gooi water in, sommer kraan warm water, moet net so bo-kant die oats le. Voeg bietjie sout by

3 en half minute op hoog – gee staantyd vir 2 min – dit lyk dan so – gooi bietjie kookwater by en roer lekker tot roomerig

Voeg botter en suiker by

6 minute later eet jy – Ek het grootgeword met kaas saam met my pap – Ons eet ook altyd gekerfde biltong saam met ons oatspap.
