GEROOSTERDE PARMESAAN BLOMKOOL

1 kop blomkool, sny in 1/2 -1 duim blommetjies
1/2 koppie vars brood krummels
1/ 4 koppie gerasperde Parmesaan kaas
1/4 koppie olyfolie
Sout en peper na smaak
Verhit die oond tot 400 º F (200 C)
Skud in sak blommetjies met olyfolie, brood krummels en kaas. Versprei in ‘n enkele laag op waxpapier of non stick pan. Geur met sout en peper. Bak 30-40 minute tot mooi bruin!
ROASTED PARMESAN CAULIFLOWER
1 head cauliflower, cut into 1/2 -1 inch florets
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400º F (200 C)
Toss florets with olive oil, bread crumbs and cheese. Spread in a single layer on wax sheet or non stick pan or lined with nonstick foil. Season with salt and pepper. (since I use a lot of cheese I often don’t need the salt) Roast 30-40 minutes, until nicely browned!!!!
