2 koppies Wit asyn. 1 koppie water. 1 koppie suiker. Maak 4 gelyke teelepels gelatine sag in koue water. Kook eerste 3 bestandele saam. Gooi oor die gelatien en los dit op. Voeg plus minus 1 koppie fyn gekapte mint blare by en sit in yskas om te stol. Blare sal afsak so gee dit af en toe n roer bottel dit en stoor in yskas. Heerlik soet suur saam met skaapvleis.
