Bacon Cheddar Ranch Pull Apart Bread

1 loaf of Italian Bread
8 ounces shredded Mexican cheese blend
16 ounces crisp cooked bacon, diced
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon Hidden Valley Ranch dry dressing mix
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 2 sheets of aluminum foil to wrap bread in, overlap the foil so the bread will be completely covered.
On a cutting board, slice bread in 3/4-inch intervals, being careful to not cut all the way through. Cut again, crosswise, not cutting all the way through.
Slide bread onto foil and stuff cheese between all cuts: sprinkle with bacon. Mix melted butter and ranch mix, with a fork, and drizzle over top of bread evenly.
Wrap foil around bread snuggly and bake for 15 minutes; uncover and bake 10 minutes more. Serve hot. Enjoy!

Stuffed bread
Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons of herbs;
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic;
1/2 teaspoon mustard;
1 round loaf (about 500gr)
1 tablespoon butter;
500 gr of shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of your choice)
Preparation:
Preheat the oven. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set aside;
With the knife, cut a circle making a lid on top of the bread. Remove the kernels and place the ingredients. Cover with the lid of the bread.
Spread butter on bread. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of the mixture;
Bake 20 to 30 minutes. To serve, remove the top of the bread and break into small pieces
Soet Brood
1 Klaar voorafbereide brooddeeg
250ml room/melk
1/2 na 3/4 koppie suiker of bruinsuiker
Neem swaarboompot of glasbak,smeer dik met botter – gooi bietjie room of melk onderin – en die helfte van die suiker
Maak bolletjies en pak bo-op
Gooi orige room/melk oor en orige suiker
Laat rys vir ongeveer 1 uur
Bak vir 40 min by 180 C of tot gaar
NB: Haal brood so gou as moontlik uit die pan, sit in opdien bord en skep die karamelmengsel onder uit en smeer bo-oor die brood. As jy die stap nie doen nie, word jou brood en suiker mengsel onder kliphard en kry jy nie die brood lekker uit die bak uit nie, en die lekkerste deel van die brood bly in die bak agter
VARIASIES:
Smeer jou pot lekker dik met botter. Rol deegbolletjies, plaas in pot en strooi droe bruin uie sop, of wit uie sop bo-oor of rasper net baie kaas oor, of gooi stukkies biltong oor en druk dit bietjie binne in die brood in, sprinkel rou spek gesnipper oor, gooi gekapte uie en greenpeppers oor. Maak ‘n pakkie potatobake aan met ‘n 250ml houertjie room/melk, Laat rys en bak al die broodjies vir ongeveer 40/50 min by 180 C
Braaivleis brootjie
1 x 500 gr bruis meel (self raising flour)
1 pakkie bruin eie sop
500 ml karringmelk
meng als goed deur. bak in oond op 180c vir so half uur of tot goud bruin bo op. heerlik saam braaivleis.

meng als goed deur bak in oond op 180c vir so half uur of tot goud bruin bo op. sit voor saam met botter heerlik saam met braai vleis of sommer net.
