CHICKEN ALA KING (Slow cooker)
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp. flour
¼ tsp. pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper
500gr boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
I celery rib, chopped
½ cup. chopped green/red and yellow peppers
¼ cup. chopped onion
Mushrooms (optional)
1 cup frozen peas
Hot cooked rice or pasta
Combine soup, flour and pepper in crock pot, stir until smooth.
Stir in chicken, celery, onion and green pepper.
Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or until meat is cooked through.
Stir in peas and mushrooms
Cook 30/40 minutes longer.
Serve over rice or pasta
