RICE KRISPIE EN KAAS HOENDER

Bestanddele:
1/4 koppie botter, gesmelt
1/2 koppie meel
1 teelepel sout
1 teelepel peper
1 teelepel knoffel poeier/vlokkies
1 eier
1 eetlepel melk
1 koppie gerasperde cheddarkaas
1 sakkie Skud n Bak krummels of broodkrummels, of kellogs fyngemaak, of provitas (jou keuse)
1 koppie Rice Krispies
3 tot 4 ontbeende, hoender, sonder vel, in die helfte gesny
Metode:
Verhit die oond tot 180 F. Gooi jou gesmelte botter in die oondpan en smeer die pan
Meng die meel, sout, peper en knoffel poeier in ‘n bak.
In ‘n ander bak, klits die eiers en melk.
In ‘n derde bak, meng die kaas, brood krummels en graan vlokkies
Eerstens, druk jou hoender in die meel, doop in die eiers en druk dit in die brood en kaas krummel mengsel . Sorg dat jou hoender mooi vol krummels is.Plaas in oondpan.
Bak vir 30 minute of tot hoender goudbruin en gaar is.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pouch Shake n Bake Extra Crispy
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C .  Pour your melted butter to coat the baking dish.
  2. Mix the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the  egg and milk.
  4. In a third bowl, combine the cheese, bread crumbs, and cereal.
  5. Keep your bowls in that order and work down the line.  First, dredge your chicken in the flour mixture, dip in the eggs, then press it in the bread crumb mixture to coat.  Really push the chicken down in the bread crumbs.  Transfer to your baking dish.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until coating is golden brown and chicken is done.
