Bak n bier boks koek. Jy bak hom letterlik in n bierboks .

Voer net boks uit met foeli en daarna wax paper

Ingredients:

8 large eggs

630g castor sugar

500ml boiling water

150ml sunflower oil

150ml cocoa

5ml vanilla essence

420g cake flour

30ml baking powder

Pinch of salt

Method:

Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in remaining ingredients mixing thoroughly. Pour batter into *prepared box and place in the oven for 35min at 180 degrees celcius. Cool and ice as desired

Voeg by mekaar:

2 kop kookwater

160 ml kookolie

10 ml vanilla

Klits saam tot Donssig:

8 eiers

3 k strooisuiker

Sif Saam:

4 kop koekmeel

30 ml bakpoeier

30 ml maizena

Knippie sout

(45 ml kakao vir sjokolade koek)

Voeg die droë en nat bestandele om die beurt by die eier en suiker. Meng net tot als gemeng is! As jy te lank meng maak dit gate in die koek.

Bak vir 45-60 min @ 180grade

Ingredients
• 2¼ cups powdered coffee creamer
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• ¼ cup lemon juice
• ½ cup sliced or diced strawberries, optional
• 12 rectangular graham crackers
• large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil
• whipped cream
• mint crisp chocolate, melted
• fresh fruit
Instructions
1. Measure the coffee creamer into a bowl and gradually add the boiling water, while mixing with a whisk to form a smooth milky liquid.
2. Set aside to cool for at least an hour.
3. Add the condensed milk and lemon juice to the milk, while whisking. The mixture will thicken. If using strawberries, fold them in at this stage. Refrigerate for an hour or two as this next step will be easier if the filling is partially set.
4. Arrange six crackers on the foil, two rows of three crackers each.
5. Spread half of the filling over this base.
6. Place the remaining six crackers on top and cover with the rest of the filling.If using fruit, arrange it down the center of the middle crackers.
7. Carefully lift the long sides of the foil and bring them together to form the top of a triangle.
8. Fold the long edges of the foil together securely and shape the log into a smooth triangle by running your hands along the sides.
9. Seal the two short sides and refrigerate or freeze for at least 12 hours.
10. Carefully remove the foil and smooth the sides of the triangle with a spatula.
11. Cover with cream, drizzle chocolate over the tart and decorate with fruit.

Lemoenkoek met Stroop

Bestandele:

3 eiers geklits
1k suiker
1 en 1/2 k meel
1 en 1/2 t bakpoeier
180ml melk
Sout
45 ml margarien
Voeg suiker by eiers en klits goed. Sif meel, bakpoeier en sout saam. Meng met eiers. Kook melk en margarien saam. Roer in meelmengsel. Bak 20-30 min 180. Laat bietjie afkoel, prik en gooi sous oor:
SOUS

Bestandele:

1 en 1/2 k suiker
1 k water
45 ml margarien.
Kook 5 min, haal af en voeg 1 k lemoensap en 45ml lemoenskil by. Gooi oor koek
As afgekoel het, sprinkel versiersuiker oor.
Kan ook bedien met styfgeklopte room

Ek bak my koek in glasbak, gooi die stroop oor en los dit in die bak. Ek skep dit dan blokkiesgewys uit soos benodig.

Bestandele:

250 ml suiker

250 ml olie

3 eiers

375 ml meel

10ml bakpoeier

20ml kaneel

8ml koeksoda aangemaak met bietjie melk

250 ml piesang mousse (1 koppie)

250ml grof gerasperde wortels

125 gr gekapte neute

Verroom suiker, olie en eiers

Voeg by meel, bakpoeier, kaneel en koeksoda

Meng piesangs, wortels en neute by

Bak vir 25/30 min by 180 grade

Laat heeltemal afkoel en smeer versiersuiker bo-oor.

Versiersel:

Verroom:

110 ml ml botter en 375 ml versiersuiker

Roer by 100ml room maaskaas en 8 ml vanilje

WENK: Vir afwisseling gebruik net versiersuiker met 1 tl kookwater en suurlemoensap gemeng vir versiering of kondensmelk en suurlemoensap gemeng. Smeer oor koek

125ml gerasperde appel of pynappel
170ml kookolie
250ml gerasperde wortel
200ml bruinsuiker
Voeg by:
300ml koekmeel
250ml neute, gekap
5ml bakpoeier
5ml vanilla
5ml kaneel
5ml koeksoda(met bietjie melk gemeng)
2ml sout
Gooi in ringkoekpan wat met Spray & Cook gespuit is. Bak 12 minute, Med High 70%)

5ml vanilla
