Hierdie afdeling het ek op my PC gekry wat ek al die afgelope 3 jr nie meer gebruik nie, so ek kan glad nie ‘n verwysing opsit van waar ek dit gekry het nie

LET WEL: Die is slegs resepte wat ek dink Copy Cat resepte is van KFC – want soos hulle se  – THE COLONEL’S SECRET RECIPES -en die  sal defenitief nie uitgedeel word nie …. of wie weet – dalk is dit die WARE JACOB – Besluit maar self…..

Van die produkte sien ek is hier en daar iets wat nie beskikbaar is in SA nie – ek kan ongelukkig nie vir julle se waarmee om dit te vervang nie, omdat ek nie die resepte ken nie.

3 c. self-rising flour

2 pkgs. Italian dressing

1 tbsp. paprika

2 envelopes tomato cup-a-soup

1 tsp. salt Mix all ingredients together. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Lay on cookie sheet. Pour melted butter over all. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.


 KFC Extra Crispy chicken

1 whole frying chicken, cut up
6−8 cups shortening
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
2 cups all−purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon MSG
1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/8 teaspoon Baking Powder
Trim any excess skin and fat from the chicken pieces. Preheat the shortening in
a deep−fryer to 350 degrees. Combine the beaten egg and milk in a medium bowl.
In another medium bowl, combine the remaining coating ingredients (flour, salt,
pepper and MSG). When the chicken has marinated, transfer each piece to paper
towels so that excess liquid can drain off. Working with one piece at a time, first
dip in egg and milk then coat the chicken with the dry flour mixture, then the egg
and milk mixture again, and then back into the flour. Be sure that each piece is
coated very generously. Stack the chicken on a plate or cookie sheet until each piece
has been coated. Drop the chicken, one piece at a time into the hot shortening. Fry
half of the chicken at a time (4 pieces) for 12−15 minutes, or until it is golden brown.
You should be sure to stir the chicken around halfway through the cooking time so
that each piece cooks evenly. Remove the chicken to a rack or towels to drain for
about 5 minutes before eating.


KFC BBQ Baked Beans
2 15−ounce cans small white beans (with liquid)
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
4 teaspoons minced fresh onion
2 pieces cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
dash garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour entire contents of two 15−ounce cans of beans
into a covered casserole dish. Combine the water with the cornstarch in a small bowl
until cornstarch dissolves. Stir mixture into the beans. Stir the remaining ingredients
into the beans and cover the dish.
Bake for 90 minutes or until sauce thickens. Stir every 30 minutes. Let beans sit for
5 to 10 minutes after removing them from the oven before serving. Serves 4 to 6.


KFC Pork BBQ Sauce
2 1/2 cups Water
1/4 cup Vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
3 teaspoons Pepper
2 tablespoons Butter
3 teaspoons Salt
1/4 cup Chopped onion
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Red pepper
2 teaspoons Chili powder
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon Dry mustard powder
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce
heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool overnight, warm before using. Start basting
meat with this at the beginning of the cooking process. Baste and turn until pork
registers 170 degrees on a meat thermometer (takes about 20 minutes for country ribs.)

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup club soda
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup butter milk
1 teaspoon salt
5 cups Bisquick Biscuit Mix
Preheat the oven to 450F. Combine all of the ingredients. Knead the dough by
hand until smooth. Flour your hands Pat the dough flat to 3/4−inch thickness on
waxed paper and punch out biscuits with a biscuit cutter.Bake on a greased baking
sheet for 12 minutes, or until golden brown, brush with melted butter when they
come out of the oven. Makes 18 Biscuits.



 KFC Cole Slaw

8 cups finely chopped cabbage (about 1 head)
1/4 cup shredded carrot (1 medium carrot)
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Be sure cabbage and carrots are chopped up into very fine pieces (about the size
of rice). Combine the sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar,
and lemon juice in a large bowl and beat until smooth. Add the cabbage, carrots,
and onion, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serves 10−12.

1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup half and half
1 egg, lightly beaten
Preheat oven to 400. Grease muffin tins for 9 muffins.
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder,
and salt. Add butter and mix until crumbly. In a separate bowl, mix the
half and half with the egg and fold in the liquid mixture into the flour
mixture. Spoon into tins filling to the top. Bake about 25 minutes.

KFC Gravy

1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
5 tablespoons all−purpose flour
1 can Campbell’s chicken broth (plus 1 can of water)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon MSG or Accent Flavor Enhancer
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
First make a roux by combining the shortening with 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour in a
medium saucepan over low heat. Heat the mixture for 20−30 minutes, stirring often,
until it is a dark chocolate color. Remove the roux from the heat, add the remaining
ingredients to the saucepan and stir. Put the saucepan back over the heat, turn it up
to medium and bring the gravy to a boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes,
or until thick. Makes about 3 cups.



 KFC Honey Barbecued Wings

20 Chicken Wings, tips removed
2 cups flour
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 Bottle KC Masterpiece Original BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup honey
oil for deep frying
Wash the chicken wings, then remove the wing tips; cut the other two pieces in half.
Shake off the excess water. Place the eggs and milk in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
Mix together the BBQ sauce and honey. Set aside. Put the flour into a bag, then shake
the wings in it, to lightly coat. Roll the wings in the egg wash, then toss them back into
the bag. You want a fairly heavy coating of flour so the BBQ sauce has something
to hang onto. Repeat 2−3 times.
Heat a large skillet or use your deep fryer. Heat oil until it’s very hot (around 350F).
Fry the wings until they’re golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Preheat oven to 325F.
Dip each wing in the BBQ sauce and place on a greased cookie sheet. Make sure the
pieces don’t touch each other. Bake for 15−20 minutes, until they no longer look shiny.

KFC Macaroni and Cheese

6 cups water
1 1/3 cups elbow macaroni
4 ounces Velveeta cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons whole milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
Bring water to a boil over high heat in a medium saucepan. Add elbow macaroni
to the water and cook it for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
While the macaroni is boiling, prepare the cheese sauce by combining the remaining
ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir often as the cheese melts into a
smooth consistency. When the macaroni is done, strain it and then pour it back into
the same pan, without the water.Add the cheese sauce to the pan and stir gently until
the macaroni is well−coated with the cheese. Serve immediately while hot.

1 lb Elbows Macaroni
1/4 cup Carrots, chopped fine
1 tbsp Minced Onion
1/4 cup Celery, chopped fine
2 cups Food Service Cole slaw Dressing
dash White Pepper
Cook macaroni noodles to package directions. Drain and allow to cool.
In a large bowl combine all of above. Refrigerate for 2 hours.




KFC Mashed Potatoes

2 1/2 cups Idaho Potato Flakes
1 stick Margarine
2 tablespoons Butter
2 1/2 cups Hot Water
3/4 cup Milk
1 teaspoon salt
Heat water add butter and margarine till melted. Add the salt and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the flakes and mix till it looks like regular potatoes. Add milk to proper consistency.
Serve with gravy. Serves 6

6 cups Crisco Shortening
1 eggs well beaten
2 cups Milk
2 cups Flour
2 teaspoons ground pepper
3 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon MSG
1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 dash paprika
2 Frying Chickens cut into 6 pieces
Place shortening into the pressure cooker and heat over medium heat to the shortening
reaches 400F. In a small bowl, combine the egg and milk. In a separate bowl, combine
the remaining six dry ingredients. Dip each piece of chicken into the milk until fully
moistened. Roll the moistened chicken in the flour mixture until well coated. In groups
of four or five, drop the covered chicken pieces into the shortening and lock the lid.
When pressure builds up cook for 10 minutes.

3 large potatos peeled and cut
2/3 cup frozen peas
1 large can chicken drained
4 carrots cut small
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
2 Tablespoons Onion
1 dash Msg
Cook onions, potatoes, and carrots till totaly cooked in boiling water. Drain the
vegetables. Add the chicken then the chicken soup mix well the mixture should
be thick but not too thick. For the crust make the biscuit recipe in this book and
roll thin. Center the crust on top of the pie and brush the top with butter.
Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is nice and brown.


KFC Potato Salad

2 pounds russet potatoes
1 cup mayonnaise
4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
4 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons minced white onion
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon minced celery
1 teaspoon diced pimentos
1/2 teaspoon shredded carrot
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon pepper
dash salt
Lightly peel the potatoes (you don’t have to get all of the skin off) then chop them
into bite−size pieces and boil in 6 cups of boiling, salted water for 7−10 minutes.
The potato chucks should be tender, yet slightly tough in the middle when done.
Drain and rinse potatoes with cold water. In a medium bowl, combine remaining
ingredients and whisk until smooth. Poured drained potatoes into a large bowl.
Pour the dressing over the potatoes and mix until well−combined. Cover and chill
for at least 4 hours. Overnight is best

shortening for Frying
5 Baking potatoes cut into Wedges
1 cup Milk
1 egg
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon MSG
Preheat shortening in to 375F. Cut the potatoes into 16 to 18 equal side wedges.
Mix the egg and milk till well blended in a big bowl. Mix the dry ingredients into
a large bowl. Put some potatoes in the milk and egg then into the flour mixture
until well coated. Fry in fryer for 5 minutes.


KFC Rotisserie Style Chicken

1/4 cup Oil
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
Season salt
4 Chicken breast halves with skin
Mix all ingredients well in saucepan and warm just to melt honey. Arrange 4 chicken
breast halves, skin−side−up in a square baking dish or pan, sprayed with Pam. Bake
uncovered at 400F about 35 to 40 minutes, basting chicken without turning them,
3 or 4 times during baking or until nicely browned. Immediately upon removing
from oven, seal baking dish tightly in foil and let stand 15 to 20 minutes before serving.

1/2 cup batter,melted
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Nix butter,sugar,vanilla and eggs. Then add flour,cocoa ,baking powder and salt. Bake at 175degrees for 20-25min

Sit ‘n aantal lemoene/suurlemoene deur ‘n versapper, skil en al maar sonder pitte.
Weeg 1 kg van hierdie mengsel, die. sap, skil, ens. en gooi in pot.
Voeg 3/4 kg (= 750 g) suiker by en kook.
Skep skuim af.
Kook totdat mengsel dik genoeg is.
Skep in gesteriliseerde glasbottels.
Opsioneel: Meng 1 koppie sjerrie by mengsel net voordat dit gebottel word.
Variasie: Lemoene kan met suurlemoene vervang word of ‘n mengsel van die twee.
Advies: Hoe meer wit van die skil in die mengsel is, hoe bitterder is die eindresultaat.
Smaaklik eet!


  • 6-8 small oranges, weighing about 550g
  • juice of 1 lemons
  • 1.4 litres water
  • 1.1 kg granulated sugar


1. To sterilize jam jars, place them in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer briskly for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the water with tongs and place upside down on a clean surface to dry.
2. Slice the oranges in half. Using a metal spoon, scoop out the flesh over a bowl to collect any juice, leaving the pith behind. Reserve the shells.
3. Put the flesh, juice and pips in a food processor and blend until smooth.
4. Push the purée through a sieve into a preserving pan or large heavy-based saucepan.
5. Now scoop out as much of the pith from the shells as possible. Slice the rind into very thin matchstick strips and add these to the sieved flesh in the pan.
6. Pour in the lemon juice and water.
7. Bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until the rind is very soft and the mixture has reduced by half.
8. Over a low heat, add the sugar and stir until it has dissolved. Boil for about 10 minutes, skimming off any froth on the surface.
9. After 10 minutes, spoon a little of the marmalade onto a cold plate and place in the fridge. If it sets to a jelly the marmalade is cooked. If necessary, cook for a further 5-10 minutes and test again.
10. Allow the marmalade to cool slightly, then pour into the sterilized jars.

Wit suiker

Sny die skil van vrugte in repies en trek versigtig af. Sit in gaasdoekie en bind vas. Sny heel vrugte in wiggies en verwyder die pitte. Verwyder die witgedeeltes. Meet hoeveel pulp en sit in kastrol. Voeg 500ml water vir elke 250 pulpmengsel. Verhit tot kookpunt. Verlaag hitte en kook vir nog 40 minute oor stadige hitte. Giet die mengsel in maatbeker en voeg dan 250g witsuiker by vir elke 250ml pulp. Giet alles- ook skilsakkie- in kastrol. Verhit stadig tot suiker opgelos is. Verhit en kook mengsel vir 25 minute, totdat dit nie meer waterig is nie. Laat afkoel, as dit stewig en nie meer loperig is nie is dit reg. Skep warm marmelade in bottels wat gesteriliseer is. Lewer sowat 2 liter marmelade. 1 gesnyde pynappel kan ook bygevoeg word. Vir iets anders.!

Skil 2 pomelo’s of drie lemoene of suurlemoen.

Skraap die bitter wit deel van die skil af en sny die skil in dun stroke.

Laat dit liggies kook in water tot sag en dreineer al die water af.

In ‘n aparte kastrol maak jy ‘n suikerstroop met 1 koppie suiker en 1 koppie water en laat prut tot die suiker opgelos het.

Gooi genoeg van die suikerstroop by die saggekookte sitrusskil om dit behoorlik te bedek.

Laat dit stadig kook tot die skil heeltemal deurskynend is.

As uit die stroop kom, laat net effe afkoel en druk in suiker.

Bêre in die yskas

Neem pak skilferkors deeg – rasper lemoenskil bo-oor (fyn kant van jou rasper) – Gebruik soveel soos waarvoor jy lus voel. Pasop vir die wit gedeelte – gebruik net die geel van jou lemoen. Sny die skilferkors in repe en rol in dun wors rolletjies – Rol jou koekie – die grootte wat jy wil he.
Bak in die oond by 200 C vir so 12/15 min of tot gaar en opgepof.
Maak sousie van:
2 kop versiersuiker, 1/4 kop warm water, 1 eetl botter. gooi bo-oor die rolletjies en geniet.  Rens

Pasella het in Citrusdal met sitrusvrugte gekook en hierdie heerlike resep by Hannah Janse van Rensburg gekry. Sy is bekend in die area vir haar bakwerk en hierdie konfyt maak ʼn aantreklike garnering vir koeke.
(Maak 1x 250ml bottel)
500g lemoenskille, gewas
500g suiker
3 k water
sap van 1 suurlemoen
Rasper die lemoene liggies om die olieselletjies te breek. Skil dan af deur eers die boonste sirkel en dan die onderste sirkel af te sny. Sny die lemoenskil in 4 lang repe aan die kante, net-net deur die vel, en skil versigtig af. Bedek nou die skille met koue water en kook tot sag. Toets deur ʼn vuurhoutjie in die skille te druk, as dit maklik deurkom, is dit reg. Dreineer, los om af te koel en sny of knip die lemoenstroke in smaller stroke. Rol elke strokie op en steek vas met ʼn tandestokkie.
Los nou die suiker in die water op en bring tot kookpunt. Plaas die opgerolde lemoenstroke in die stroop. Kook totdat die stroop dik is en die vrugte deurskynend is. (Maak nog stroop en voeg by indien nodig). Haal van die stoof af en roer die suurlemoensap by.
Bottel soos volg: haal lemoenskil uit stroop en verwyder tandestokkies. Pak in gesteriliseerde flesse van jou keuse. Gooi kokende stroop oor gerolde skil tot bottel vol is, draai stewig toe en draai fles onderste-bo. Bottels kan nou afkoel, afgevee en weggepak word.

Julle kan probeer om die rolletjies dikker(groter) te maak om die lemoen in die rondte te skil en plaas van skyfies, deel dit dan in stukkies en ryg dit met ‘n stopnaald en gare rol op en maak ‘n knoop in die gare, wanner sag , sit in stroop en wanneeer bottel, trek net die gare uit.

Maak 6

Marmelade konfyt

125g botter
125g strooisuiker
Skil van twee lemoene, fyngerasper
2 medium eiers
125g koekmeel
1 teelepel bakpoeier
Whiskey en room vir opdiening (ek dink ideal melk gaan net so lekker werk)

1. Vryf die binnekant van vyf of ses ramakinkoppies met botter en sit een of twee eetlepels van marmelade in die basis van elk.

2.  Klits die botter, suiker en lemoenskil tot glad en voeg die eiers een vir een op ‘n tyd by, en klop goed elke keer. Klits tot glad.

3.  Voeg die meel en bakpoeier, roer tot glad en vul elke koppie tot sowat twee derdes vol.

4.  Maak elke beker met kleefplastiek toe , dan mikrogolf in groepe van twee of drie vir sowat ‘n minuut. Kyk om te sien hoe gaar is hulle met ‘n stokkie, sit hulle terug in vir ‘n ander 30 sekondes elke keer tot jy ‘n toetspen insteek en dit  skoon uitkom.

5.  Laat rustyd  vir ‘n minuut of so. Gebruik ‘n mes om die  rand van die poeding los te maak. Sit op opdienborde.  Gooi ‘n bietjieWhiskey en room oor en  bedien. (die whisky kan uitgelaat word)

1) Maak roomspinasie en skep in die skorsie
2) Maak gemengde groente gaar (of veggie mix) , skep in skorsie gooi witsous en kaas oor.Paar minute onder die grill
3) Gooi roommielies in en kaas bo-oor. Paar minute onder die grill
4) Maak maalvleis gaar met uie en tamatiepaste. Skep in skorsie
5) Maak ertjies gaar, gooi bietjie vla aangemaak met bietjie melk in, kook die vla-ertjies tot dik en skep in die skorsies.
6) Maak blikkie chakalaka met mielies of chakalaka met butternut warm. Skep in skorsies.
7) Braai uie sampioene gekap tot sag in olyfolie en bietjie speserye. Skep in skorsies  Maak blikkie pitmielies warm, maak dik kaasssous en meng die 2 met mekaar. Skep in skorsies
9) Kook blokkies wortels tot gaar. Gooi bietjie bruinsuiker, maizina en water by en kook tot dik en skep in skorsies in.
10) Maak gegeurde rys. Braai uie, 3 kleure peppers en sampioene – meng in by rys en vul skorsie.

Bring tot kookpunt en prut so vir 5 min

Verdik met:

1 en 1/4 eetl maizina

Die resep vries baie lekker.

Jy hoef nie jou broodjie te smeer nie, want die sous het mos klaar botter in.

3 Eetlepels bruinsuiker

Braai uie in olyfolie en margarien tot glasig. Gooi spices oor met worcestershire sous. Braai tamatie blokkies saam uie. Meng sop met koue water, suiker en tamatiesous en voeg by en bring tot kookpunt (roer heeltyd) tot sous lekker dik is.

geel mosterd (bv whimpy of Steers)

1/4 kop sweet pickle relish

500 g beesmaalvleis;
1 eier, geklits;
1 sny witbrood;
100 ml melk;
sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper;
10 ml (2 t) Worcestersous;
60 ml (¼ k) pietersielie, fyn gekap
20 ml botter;
50 ml olyfolie;
4 groot bruin sampioene;
4 broodrolletjies, in die helfte oopgesny;
40 ml mayonnaise;
vars blaarslaai;
1 ui, in dik ringe gesny;
2 ryp tamaties, in skywe gesny;
100 g verouderde cheddarkaas, gerasper
VLEISKOEKIE Meng al die bestanddele vir die vleiskoekie in ’n groot mengbak. Verdeel die maalvleismengsel in vier en vorm elk in in ’n koekie. Gebruik ’n maatkoppie of metaalvormpie om ewe groot vleiskoekies te vorm. Verkoel.
OPDIENING Verhit intussen die botter en sowat 15 ml van die olyfolie en braai die sampioene daarin tot sag. Smeer die broodrolletjies met ’n bietjie mayonnaise en rangskik die blaarslaai, sampioene, uie en tamaties bo-op.
Verhit die res van die olie en braai die vleiskoekies tot medium gaar of na smaak. Plaas op ’n bakplaat. Sprinkel die kaas bo-op elke vleiskoekie en plaas onder die roosterelement tot die kaas net gesmelt is. Plaas dit op die broodrolletjies. Sit voor met agurkies en aartappelskyfies

700g maalvleis
125ml broodkrummels
20ml mostert
20ml tamatiesmeer
3 knoffelhuisies gekneus
2 eiers
2ml peper
200ml natuurlike jogurt
Handvol vars kruisement opgekap
Blaairslaai, tamatie en agurtjies vir bediening

Voorverhit die oondrooster.
Spruit ‘n groot kleefwerende bakplaat met kossproei.
Meng die maalvleis, broodkrummels, mostert, tamatiesmeer, knoffel, eiers en peper saam in ‘n groot mengbak.
Vorm 6 groot koekies uit die vleismengsel.
Maak ‘n effense duik in die middel- dit sal vanself regkom soos die vleis gaar word.
Plaas die vleiskoekies op die bakplaat en rooster vir sowat 5min per kant of tot vleis goudbruin en deur gaar is.
Berei die sous voor deur die jogurt en kruisement saam te meng.
Stapel die burger op ‘n broodrolletjie van jou keuse, en sit van die sous tussen die tamatie en blaarslaai lae.

Vars kruisement

Vars pietersielie

Vars origanum

Kap al die speserye fyn – jy kan ook droe speserye gebruik as jy nie varses het nie

Meng alles met mekaar en vorm patties

Verf bietjie olyfolie oor pattie voor jy dit braai -



500gr maalvleis

1 eier

1 sny wit brood (korsies verwyder)

1 eetl oats

1 ui gerasper

Crown se texas spices of bbq spices van keuse

Sout en peper na smaak

2 eetl bladjang

1/2 tl koljander

Meng alles en maak 6 groot patties (of kleiner patties as jy verkies)

Sit in vrieskas vir so 3 ure om te set en vlakpanbraai in olie

Smeer bietjie bbq sous oor terwyl jy dit braai.

10ml country garlic & herb spice (Robertsons) of mixed herbs
Sout en gemaalde swartpeper

2 Eetlepels wituie sop
50ml worcestersous
50ml tamatiesous
4 snye witbrood in blokkies (sonder korsies)
Kwart koppie melk
1 Eetlepel olyfolie
Week broodblokkies in melk. Gooi worcestersous en tamatiesous en olyfolie en eier by. Meng maalvleis met uie en spices en dan met die broodblokkiemengsel. Maak patties.



Neem vienna en sny gleufie in. Sit stukkie kaas in, draai toe met spek en : of braai op kole, of in oond of vlak panbraai tot spek gaar is.

Jou gunsteling worsie – gaar
Gaar macaroni
Spek gesnipper en bros gebraai
Gerasperde kaas
Smeer bun met botter, sit worsie in, so bietjie soet mosterd, sit macaroni op, strooi gerasperde kaas en die spek oor. Jy kan ook as jy wil jou kaas, mosterd en alles deurmekaar meng . Sit paar minute onder die oond se rooster tot kaas gesmelt is, of sommer as die tyd druk in die mikrogolf vir ‘n minuut of so.

Braai uie, repies spek, worsies heel en sampioene

Sit uie en sampioenmengsel op broodjie

Draai spek om worsie en bedien met jou gunsteling sous




Hier het ek net ‘n lekker groot vetkoek gebak. Hoender fillette gaargemaak, sampioene uie gebraai en die volgende gedoen

Begin met ‘n mayonaise of soet mosterd onder op die bun gesmeer. Jou stukkie hoender , sampioen en uie mengsel, komkommer, stuk pynappel, tamatie, weer so bietjie uie en sampioen mengsel, en dan skyfie kaas. Sit boonste deel van die vetkoek terug en val weg !!!

Gebruik ook  ‘n gewone beef pattie ipv hoender fillette.



Per persoon
1 vetkoek oopgesny of 1 hamburger broodrolletjie
Smeer onder op vetkoek enige tamatiemengsel of sommer tamatiesous/sweet chillie sous en mayonaise gemeng, net effe warm gemaak in die mikrogolf
Sit nou op elkeen skyfies tamatie, komkommer en uie ringe.
Sit nou op elkeen ‘n hamburger pattie.
Sit op die eenkant ‘n skyfie maxi gouda proseseerde kaas en op die ander een ‘n sag gebakte eier.
Sny/breek jou blaarslaai in stukkies en gooi oor die hamburger.

Jy kan ook as jy wil, uie en sampioene braai tot sag, en die bo-oor die patties skep. Dit maak die hamburger net nog sappigerIMG_008344

Ek het nou per ongeluk op die resep afgekom. Het MEE ingetik by google i.p.v. MOO – en die resep met noodles lyk so lekker en iets anders. Ek het so na die resep gekyk en gesien dit is redelike basiese goed wat gebruik word. Die egg noodles is beskikbaar by ons, maar ek sal sommer net spagetti gaarkook en die ingooi. Die chillies kan jy miskien met green peppers vervang as jy van nie te warm disse hou nie. Ek sou net ‘n ui ook insit, en selfs sampioene.


Indian Mee Goreng



Serves 4


2 cloves garlic

1 teasp chilli sauce

450 g  egg noodles/ ek sal dink gewone spagetti gaar gekook sal ook werk)

1 potato

2 eggs

4 baby squid, calamarie ringe of hoender blokkies

1 cup bean sprouts (blikkie sal ook doen)

1 spring onion

2 red chillies/greenpeppers

1 lime/of suurlemoen

2 tbsp dark soy sauce or sweet soy sauce

3 tbsp tomato sauce




Chop garlic.

Rinse the noodles in cold water.

Peel, boil and slice potato.

Clean and cut squid into rings/chicken

Slice spring onion thinly for garnishing.

Cut lime into wedges.

Heat a little oil in a wok.

Add garlic, chilli sauce, sliced potatoes, and squid/chicken. Stir fry until fragrant.

Add yellow noodles and sauces and continue stirring.

Set the noodles to the side of the wok and add a little more cooking oil.

Add the eggs. Scramble and mix in with the noodles.

Add in the bean sprouts and quick stir for another 1 minute.

Serve hot and garnish with chopped spring onions and sliced red chillies.

Squeeze some lime juice over the noodles before eating.

Sous: 2 eetl bisto, 1eetl meel, 2eetl tamatiesous, worchestersous en chutney na smaak. Meng met 2.5 koppie kook water. sout en peper. Braai vleis liggies en seel in warm olie. Sit in oondpan met deksel, gooi sous oor en bak teen 140grade vir omtrent 2 ure
