Paar heel sampioene of 1 blikkie button mushrooms

1 pakkie vars of blikkie baby corn mielies

Sit alles in jou slowcooker

Maak in beker aan,

Bietjie suurlemoensap, balsamic vinegar, sout, peper, rooiwyn, bay leaves, 3 tl bisto, garlic flakes en so 1 kop water.

Gooi alles oor die vleis en groente mengsel en sit aan op “high”vir so 6 ure

Bedien met stampmielies
